Fort Hunter Liggett's Family and MWR cordially invites you to participate in our Freedom Fest in celebration of Independence Day! The event will be held at Fort Hunter Liggett's Schoonover Airfield and we will have many fun activities available for the whole family to enjoy. Activities include:
- Kiddie Land Kids Games
- Live entertainment by Soundhouse productions
- Water Dunk Tank
- Military Vehicle Rides (Waiver required to be signed at event for participation)
- Axe Throwing (Waiver required to be signed at event for participation)
- Military Displays
- Food & Snack Vendors
- Wine Tasting

The Army Volunteer Corps is also looking for volunteers for the event. If you are interested please send an email to bryan.c.lee-ruiz.naf@army.mil.
Cost
- $5 per participant
- Youth ages 5 and under enter free
- Different food vendors will be available at different prices
Registration Information
- Parking area opens at 2:00pm
- Participants will be allowed to begin entering event area at 3:30pm
- Event begins at 4:00pm
